Frequently asked questions

Are my files uploaded to a server?

Which quality should I choose?

Standard (150 DPI) is enough for sharing on screen. Choose High (300 DPI) if you’ll print the images or need to zoom into small text; the files will be larger.

JPG or PNG?

JPG makes smaller files for pages with photos. PNG looks sharper on pages that are mostly text and drawings.
